To unify and empower the Haitian diaspora through financial opportunities and services while supporting economic development in Haiti.
Who We Are
SOLIDHA™ (Solidarité pour l’Intégration de la Diaspora Haïtienne) is a Delaware C-Corporation founded by a dedicated group of Haitians from around the world. Our mission is to unite the Haitian diaspora by pooling resources and strategically investing in reputable projects both abroad and in Haiti. Through these efforts, we empower the Haitian community and drive sustainable economic growth.

How Does SOLIDHA™ Intend To Do That?
Phase 1

Phase 1
In phase 1, SOLIDHA TM 100 founding members invested $1,000 each as seed money. The founding
members constitute the general board.

In phase 2, the founding members will invest another $4,000 to increase the contribution to $5,000. The total
amount collected will constitute the initial investment fund to build the company.

In phase 3, SOLIDHA TM will have 1,500 shareholders but this number may increase as needed.
Membership
1. SOLIDHA TM , the corporation, retains the right to decline a membership application or revoke a membership due to verified records of negative behavior. Upon such decision SOLIDHA TM will refund
the initial contribution.
2. When does SOLIDHA TM hold its meetings?
The corporation has its formal meetings on Tuesday at 8:30pm and a brainstorming session on Saturday at 5pm. The meetings are conducted mostly via zoom. On the last Tuesday of the month, we have
a special presentation for new prospects.
3. Do I have to attend weekly meetings?
You can choose to attend as your schedule permits. Are you free this Tuesday?
